Al-Ushbuna
Contemporary Lisbon is shaped by the presence of the different civilizations that have occupied it throughout the centuries. Moors had a great presence in the Iberian Peninsula, and thus left ‘footprints’ in the city. Despite that, nowadays there is little to be reminded of that period. Here is a proposal for the design project of a public facility.
Waterfront
The river Tagus waterfront in Lisbon has been redesigned once again in the last few years. The project for a great auditorium on this place might be the start of a new and better use of the river. The main building, cubical, is in fact a product of 3 different volumes combined (7), — the great auditorium in the center and two service towers. Each tower allows the access to public and private areas, and is also complemented with basic infrastructure (9)
